• Box Nailing Assembler is designed to automatically nail / fasten 4 or 5 pcs with bottom, PB, MDF, solid wood boxes or draw together.
• Complete cycle to squares, clamps and nail / fastens different size and style boxes or drawing, maximum 36” x 36”, other size may with special order.
• Fast and easy operation, 600 to 1,100 units per shift.
• High Quality and safe processing, automatically senses the materiel and automatic nailing at settled pitch.
• Automatic shutting staples from top to bottom by detecting sensor
• Clamps from both wight & length direction with adjustable clamp pressure for different thickness or material.
