Features:
  1. This machine adopts a floating structure with a fixed table height, which can be used together with the customer's existing roll coating line, spray coating line, and irregular sanding machine.
    2. It is suitable for sanding, resin paint, polyurethane paint, water-based paint, PV/PU/PE primer sanding in the veneer processing process.
    3. The equipment is equipped with an advanced central information processing system that can automatically detect and recognize the width and length of the board surface, and through data operation analysis and compensation, the grinding head can achieve directed sanding.
    4. The sanding conveyor speed and grinding head running data are automatically matched without the need for personnel adjustment.
    5. The equipment is equipped with an ultra-thick material protection device, and the grinding head has an automatic floating function, thus effectively protecting the impact caused by the workpiece being too thick.

  1. This machine is equipped with two sets of sanding belts, one for forward and one for reverse operation. The belts have a longer circumference, which allows for faster heat dissipation. It also comes with a blade for cleaning the sanding belt, which can extend the belt's service life and eliminate the need for frequent belt replacement.
  2. Both sets of sanding belts can be used independently with optional backing pads, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your product needs.
  3. The sanding belts and backing pads are equipped with independent tension adjustment valves and pressure gauges, as well as a fuse to protect against belt breakage during operation.
  4. The equipment with ultra-thick material protection device, grinding head with automatic floating function, so as to effectively protect the impact caused by the workpiece is too thick.
  5. The machine is equipped with an independent bristle brush roller, which is soft and can clean the surface of the board.
