As the name suggests, Air-jet Dust Collector is a kind of equipment that compresses air as impetus, releases the compressed air in an instant with pulse jet valves so that the nozzles produce pulse air flow and shoot the pulse air flow at a super high speed into the filter cartridges and generate vibration to fall off the dust accumulated on the outer wall of cartridges.

   a. The dust goes through the ducts to the body of the Airjet Dust Collector.
   b. Then the dust goes down to the bottom of the Filter, some of the heavier dust falls off to the Dust Hoppers.
   c. While some of the lighter dust goes into the Cartridges along with the air-flow.
   d. Most of the dust will be filtered by the Cartridges, and the final mixture whose particle size can be under 5 ums, and the ratio of the filtration is up to 99.99 percents.
   e. What goes through the Fan Impeller is almost the
cleaned and purified air.
   f.The concentration of the emission can be minimum under 5mgs per cubic meter, and finally the emission will be emitted to the out air.
